I started with the intention of losing weight and actually becoming healthier and making better eating choices, yada yada yada...STOP!! I failed. Pretty miserably too if I say so myself.
So after a few months I'm back to where I started. SUCKS!!
I mean I tried. Like really tried!
I still juice everyday but it's the eating crap that's killing me. I still feel like I HAVE to eat. That Juicing Fast never happened either. I made it through like 1.5 days and BAM! back to my old habits.
Well, I ain't giving up or given up.
I can't actually. "I made a promise Mr. Frodo. A promise!!!"
So I'm going to add some salad choices and see if that helps!
